All other returns (not faulty) are at the discretion of GoodToHave and a refund or credit may be given less shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Our Customer Support team will assess the situation and guide you through the return process.
c. In some cases, we may request supporting evidence, such as photographs or other documentation, to evaluate the issue.
d. If the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. e. Pack the item securely, including all original accessories and documentation.
f. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the return is due to a faulty or significantly different product.
g. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and assess its condition.
h. If the return is accepted, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will include the original purchase price and any applicable shipping costs.
i. Refunds will be processed promptly, but please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
