We are proudly based in beautiful Dunedin. That is also where all our stock is managed. We are no friends of drop shipping, therefore all products you see online are New Zealand stock.
We are operating online only and do not have a brick and mortar store. Therefore we can’t offer any pick-ups.
We offer credit cards, Pay Pal, Google Pay, Afterpay and direct bank transfer.
All orders are shipped the next business day. Most parcels arrive arrive at their destination within one or two days. However, keep in mind that we are sending form the South Island. Therefore it might take up to 5 working days for a parcel to get delivered in the North Island.
Yes, as soon as your parcel is on its way you’ll receive an email notification with your NZ Post tracking number. Please allow the tracking number at least 24h to get updated. In case you haven’t received an email please get in touch.
In case something is wrong with your goods or your haven’t received your parcel please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so we can solve the matter.
